The chemistry call is a real conversation about whether the practice can help you. Not a discovery call, not a pitch. The first fifteen minutes are about your situation: the role you’re trying to reach, what’s getting in the way, what you’ve tried. The second fifteen are about whether and how Meridian Twelve could help, and what working together would actually look like.

If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so directly. There’s no obligation to continue beyond the call, and I’d rather one of us name the misfit than spend three months discovering it.
