Meridian Twelve is operated by Scott Beatty Product Management Coaching LLC (dba Meridian Twelve), a Utah limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can go to hello@meridiantwelve.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us or what's needed to run the site: your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or take the diagnostic; your name, email, and message when you use the contact or booking forms; your responses to the Meridian Diagnostic; and basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

We use your information to send the newsletter you asked for, to return your diagnostic results, to respond to enquiries and schedule calls, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others' advertising.

The services we rely on

We use a small set of providers to operate, and your information passes through them only as needed for their function: Beehiiv (newsletter), Calendly (scheduling), Supabase and Vercel (application hosting and data storage), Cloudflare (domain and content delivery), and Google Workspace (email). Each maintains its own privacy practices.

Cookies

The site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies needed to function and to measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@meridiantwelve.com.
